1. Adhesive line solidify ahead
Mainly due to the less glue qty, or unsuitable temperature setting
2. Solidify time too long
Please check the following point:
A: whether apply too much glue
B: Temperature/pump pressure is too high
C: Size of the nozzer is big
D: Pressure of the packing machine is not even
The above will also cause increasing the cost.
3. Nozzer or glue tube blocking
The glue is too sticky and cause carbonization or gel. Foreign material in the glue will also cause this.
Method to this case :
l Increase the glue temperature or change to glue with low sticky.
l Clean the spay system.
l Clean the glue tank, add glue as suggested .
